Funny, because I had a situation where it had two mouth things and a situation where using both would have ended the game in his favour... Do think the ai could be a little strong imo, but that's just my own personal experience.
The post-processing effect is too strong, and opening the pill container was cooler than having a machine displaying them. The new items are nice, though.
ngl I liked the items, but the ai was just a bit too easy and the items are too good in comparison. For example there was a situation where using two of the mouth guard things was going to end up losing me the game, but he didn't use either and I ended up winning... Idk the pliers just seems like a waste as well, like maybe if it just decreased it by 1 every use in exchange for a temporary loss of your own, because it was an instant use for me and then I never wanted to use it again, meaning it became a dead draw whenever I pulled it.
Really enjoyed the visual update and new items however please give option for motion blur/blurryness to be disabled. Also I find this time the AI is much easier to defeat than the previous AI. Maybe consider adding difficulty to the game. Good job overall devs, its really helped me gained traction on my socials with this game.
Its awesome that the AI isnt completely stupid. It will send you for a loop at times. I did have one possible bug? I tested a pill and it came back safe, so I took it, but it killed me. Not sure why that happened. Otherwise a pretty fun game. I can't wait to see how it develops over time.
This was SOOOO COOL. Honestly, it's the most fun I've had in a game in a while, and I can't wait for new updates and full release! I wishlisted the game on Steam! I did not find any bugs, but I did find some patterns in the AI. For example, the opponent ALWAYS takes and uses the pliers every chance they get.
Other than that, really great game! And I think I'm gonna put a few more episodes out about it!

A couple bugs I found: there seems to be a lock that can happen when the opponent uses a mouthclamp (6:19 in my video) and there seems to be minor issues with item selection (11:32). Basically I hovered over the duplicator and clicked, but the selection was still on the mint.
Update: seems to happen after a hammer is used on a known death pill. My guess is the logic to determine when to use the mouth clamp is relying on a list of death pills, but this list isn't getting updated properly after the hammer is used.
i cant play on my mac, not sure what the problem is. it says their unable to build the side effect page for mine, ill lyk i fi figure anything out tho!!
The Game reminds me of buckshot Roulette. Really nice with a strong strategic Element. Hope to see a full version soon. Wanna take a peek at the Gameplay?
The previous interface for presenting the pills, inside the orange jars, was far superior in my opinion. I feel it is more strategic than Buckshot, an excellent game.
There is a bug where I detected a death pill and forced the other to take it. After they died, the game is soft locked to the other patient's turn and they don't do anything.

you can softlock the game by using the replicator if your opponent has no items

thanks for the bug reports! It most probably is that. I thought I updated the list of known pills but must have missed it. Thanks!!

I agree. I felt it fit the mood well, I'd like an option to have it back unless the developer has some game mechanic planned relating to it.

I'm not sure about the reduced health, especially in the context of the new items. (They are really Powerful.)
UI is greatly improved.
