i'm playing this as I watch Markiplier. The review system being all cute and game-fonted is adorable! the on;y thing is that the cursor's image is glitching a bit. other than that, i LOVE the game! wrote a review a while back, and i'm still loving the game!
This game was so fun! I had a terrible losing streak which just made me want to survive even more lol. Can't wait to see what other content gets added to the game!
I like that everyone's getting into roulette games. This is nice, I love the audio, I feel like that's something this does pretty damn well for a small demo. I'm not sure what else you'd add for a full game, but I can't wait too see. Unless it's just like buckshot roulette where it's just multiplayer, still cool, but gimme more pills or something.

Get some different flavored Tic Tacs
Get some sort of container to act as a blind bag for each pill type.
Use slips of paper for whatever status effect the pills have.
You could probably use dice to determine the effects for each pill each round, and how many death pills there will be.
You could probably use paper in a blind bag to pick the selection of items to choose from each round
